David Misko


David has been in the Real Estate Industry since 1991. He has earned his Bachelor's Degree from the University of Michigan-Dearborn in 1984 as well as his Associates Degree from Schoolcraft College in 1979. He is a member of the Greater Metropolitan Association of REALTORS® (GMAR). He specializes in commercial, vacant land & residential properties.His philosophy for success is that it is all about people and customer service. Brooke Van Esley


Brooke graduated from Grand Valley State University with a Bachelor’s in Communications Studies. She joined Van Esley Real Estate in 2012 to start her career in sales. As a REALTOR® at Van Esley Real Estate, Brooke is an active member of: Greater Metropolitan Association of REALTORS® (GMAR), and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). She’s an energetic REALTOR® who specializes in residential sales, but is happy to help you with all of your real estate needs.

Scott Veldhuis


Scott Veldhuis has spent over 30 years guiding public projects and programs. Before joining Van Esley Real Estate, Scott was Senior Project Manager for the Detroit Economic Growth Corporation (DEGC) and Economic Development Director for the City of Westland. He has extensive experience working with staff and leadership from local, county, state and federal governments. Scott is familiar with economic development tools used in Michigan communities such as DDA, TIFA, LDFA, EDC & Brownfield Redevelopment Authority. He graduated from MSU with honors in 1975. Scott has worked on numerous complex public infrastructure initiatives as well as private redevelopment projects. He can assist with your specific real estate needs.

Christy Van Esley


Christy is a graduate of Michigan State University where she studied Finance and Economics. Real Estate is a new venture for her, she joined Van Esley Real Estate in 2017. Things that are important to Christy are: listening, understanding, and results. Listening to what you want and need and understanding how to turn those wants and needs into results. If you want a confident and caring agent to represent you, Christy is the the agent for you. Other passions include: Snowboarding, if you are ever at Mt. Brighton on a weekend you might run into Christy at the Ski School where she teaches snowboarding; animals, including two dogs that mean the world to Christy; photography, traveling, and the environment.

Sandy Dimovich


Sandy has been with Van Esley Real Estate since 2016. She obtained her Bachelor's of Science with a major in Accounting from Wayne State University in 1989. Sandy is a member of the Greater Metropolitan Association of REALTORS (GMAR). She has experience with vacant land, commercial, and residential properties.
